The Torah portion is still involved with warnings and oaths as well as a prophetic promise of our ultimate redemption and salvation. The Torah is within our reach and easy for us to do . The souls of Israel are G-D's chosen forever and since we can't be exchanged for another model, we had better live up to our commitments .
Again the scepter of looming disaster hangs over us . Yet we are told that we can handle it all in stride . Why must it be so difficult to be Jewish?
There are numerous approaches, however they follow the 3 tiered approaches we have discovered.
1) The road to Paradise must be paved with struggles. Only then is the reward truly appreciated.
2)The struggle is needed to develop as a person. The greater the struggle , the greater the insight into life and G-D's wisdom.
3)The struggle itself is a Divine Light that can only be received through negative experiences.
Thus in actuality all the curses are really Blessings!
